Project Manager – Software & Digital Projects

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex software and digital initiatives. You will lead projects from initial planning through successful delivery, aligning multiple teams and senior stakeholders around clear priorities, timelines and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and critical paths.
• Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
• Identify and proactively manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, blockers and issues.
• Establish clear priorities, ownership and accountability across project teams.
• Track progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, planning sessions, status reviews and other ceremonies.
• Adapt project management practices across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, Business and other cross‑functional teams.
• Manage communication with Directors, C‑level executives and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of end‑to‑end experience managing software or digital projects, including mobile applications.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, workstreams and project dependencies.
• Strong experience with project plans, timelines, roadmaps and critical paths.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying and managing risks, issues and blockers.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience with Directors and C‑level executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Results‑oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Experience using Jira and other collaboration tools.
