Real Estate Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

WiseVAs is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Operations Specialist to support its virtual‑assistant business. Working 100% remotely, you will drive deal flow, market intelligence, and operational efficiency for Nashville multifamily real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and enrich targeted lists, verify contact data, and manage outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Run initial underwriting models in IntelCRE and deliver weekly market research reports.
• Compare broker‑of‑value (BOV) data with market metrics using Genspark and create repeatable listing playbooks.
• Draft LinkedIn posts, manage content calendars, produce newsletters, and coordinate podcast and LinkedIn Live logistics.
• Provide executive‑assistant support: inbox, calendar, CRM maintenance, weekly P&L reports, KPI tracking, and daily market briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate, operations, or high‑detail administrative roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
• Strong written English for reporting and communication.
