A propos du poste

As a Regional Sales Manager for the North, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and market presence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the 'Route to Market' strategy for your assigned territory, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability through strategic planning and excellence in execution.

Missions principales

  • Define and execute sales strategies across various channels and implement annual client plans.
  • Develop and optimize territory route plans to ensure efficient market coverage.
  • Plan and manage category objectives on a monthly and annual basis to ensure consistent growth.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including coverage, order frequency, average ticket size, stock levels, and peak sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze daily sales trends and implement corrective actions to bridge gaps.
  • Drive in-store execution excellence by maintaining high standards for availability, pricing, visibility, and promotional compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to ensure high performance and talent growth.

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable territory plans.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client partnerships.
