Remote Canva Designer with Affinity Experience

About the role

Design Pickle is looking for a remote Canva Designer who can create high‑quality, editable visual assets that support the company’s mission to be the most helpful creative platform worldwide. The role is part of an active talent pool, meaning applications are reviewed continuously and strong candidates may be fast‑tracked to suitable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, and print‑ready files using Canva.
• Convert PDFs and Adobe files into fully editable Canva templates with proper structure, fonts, and design elements.
• Utilise advanced Canva features such as Magic Resize, Smartmockups, Brand Hub, and animation tools to ensure scalable, brand‑compliant designs.
• Set up reusable design systems with locked elements, text styles, and layout guides for efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Art Directors, Team Coordinators, and Quality Specialists to meet project requirements.
• Maintain organised files using Canva’s version history, comments, and folders.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Canva with a portfolio that demonstrates editable template creation and brand kit application.
• Experience converting Adobe or PDF assets into Canva templates.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver high volumes of quality work quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
