Remote Logistics Analyst (Hardware & Supply Chain)

About the role

As a Remote Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee hardware logistics across the organization, ensuring cost‑effective procurement, compliance with internal policies, and smooth delivery to internal teams. You will work closely with supply‑chain partners and internal stakeholders to keep the hardware network reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management and track hardware assets.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira data.
• Create and coordinate retrieval requests for hardware.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
