Missions principales

• Develop and implement advanced optimization models for marketing campaigns and growth (propensity, uplift modeling).
• Optimize product journeys and enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
• Design and execute pricing and elasticity models to drive business value.
• Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference analysis to validate product decisions.
• Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
• Develop credit risk scoring models within a high-scale fintech environment.
• Translate complex technical results into actionable insights for Business, Product, and Marketing teams.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in Data Science, ideally within a Fintech or high-growth tech environment.
• Strong ability to manipulate and process large-scale datasets.
• Expertise in bridging the gap between technical modeling and business strategy.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on driving growth and product optimization.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Causal Inference, and A/B testing.
• Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Strong Data Visualization skills.
• Statistical modeling (Propensity, Uplift, Elasticity).
