Sourcing Assistant – Talent Acquisition (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Kreato Global is seeking a highly organized Sourcing Assistant to support its Talent Acquisition team. This entry‑level, remote position focuses on building and managing a pipeline of freelance interpreters, guiding candidates from application through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, review, and filter interpreter resumes using JazzHR, LinkedIn, Indeed, ProZ and other platforms.
• Build and categorize talent pools for high‑demand languages.
• Conduct initial pre‑screening, manage first contact, and schedule interviews via Calendly.
• Maintain candidate profiles in JazzHR, keeping notes, statuses and contact data up to date.
• Prepare and send independent contractor agreements and NDAs, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Send welcome emails to newly onboarded interpreters and keep QA and Training teams informed.
• Compile weekly recruitment metrics reports.

Required profile

• Intermediate/advanced English (B2‑C1) and native Spanish.
• 0‑1 year experience in administration, customer service, or junior HR/recruiting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
