About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Auditor to ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of our recruitment audits. In this senior position you will handle complex, high‑impact cases, guide junior auditors and help standardise evaluation criteria across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardise audit criteria across the audit team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior, specialised and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
