About the role
Join NTT DATA, a global IT services leader, as a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer. You will work in a 24 × 7 rotating shift environment, providing first‑line assistance to users in both Spanish and English for Windows, Linux/Unix and cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support and resolve incidents.
- Register, monitor and manage tickets using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA or Remedy.
- Support infrastructure environments including Windows, Linux and Unix.
- Assist with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Communicate effectively with users in Spanish and English.
- Escalate incidents to higher support levels when necessary.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or server administration.
- Fluent English speaking (mandatory) and Spanish.
- Availability to work rotating 24 × 7 shifts.
- Residence in Trujillo, Lima or Arequipa, Peru.
Required skills
- Windows operating system.
- Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
