Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Hustler Marketing and its e‑commerce clients, ensuring that marketing campaigns drive conversions and meet revenue targets. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, translate client objectives into actionable strategies, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute email, SMS, pop‑up and automation flow campaigns for up to 40 client projects per month.
• Brief and delegate work to copywriters, designers and associate account managers, monitoring progress to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, presenting reports, addressing concerns and aligning expectations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including creative, strategy and service teams, to ensure cohesive execution.
• Document client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for the production team.

• Proven experience managing multiple e‑commerce marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
