Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager

About the role

Mace is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager to lead its finance operations across multiple currencies. The role combines strategic oversight of invoicing, collections and vendor payments with close collaboration with Treasury and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR and AP teams, ensuring high‑quality invoice processing, customer billing and cash application.
• Manage multi‑currency transactions, foreign‑exchange impacts and related accounting entries.
• Perform and review bank, intercompany and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with Treasury to support cash‑flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Drive month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities and monitor aging reports to improve DSO.
• Develop internal controls, ensure compliance with company policies and Peruvian tax regulations.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain relationships with banking partners and key vendors.
• Prepare management reporting and KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Extensive experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Experience in cash‑flow management, multi‑currency accounting and treasury coordination.
• Solid background in AR/collections, AP management, financial analysis and reporting.
• Track record of driving process improvement and automation.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English, comfortable in a global matrixed environment.
