AEM Frontend Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AEM Frontend Developer to shape high‑performance user interfaces within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our LATAM‑based team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom frontend solutions using AEM, ensuring quality and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM‑based websites and components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTL (Sightly).
• Integrate frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services alongside backend developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues across AEM environments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote AEM best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them in AEM development patterns.
• Collaborate with UX/Design teams to deliver pixel‑accurate, accessible, and performant UI.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in frontend development with a focus on AEM.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Comfortable participating in Agile teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
