Agentic Developer – L3 Support for Microsoft Copilot Studio

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Agentic Developer to join its support team as a Level 3 (L3) resource. You will be the final escalation point for complex incidents and service requests related to Microsoft Copilot Studio‑based agentic solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle advanced incidents, escalations, and production support for Copilot Studio solutions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Maintain and enhance agentic solutions, including configuration, deployment, and ALM processes.
• Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and authentication issues.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• 2–4 years of experience with the Power Platform (cloud flows, connectors, expressions, etc.).
• Proven L3/Application support experience, including incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
