AI Automation Analyst

About the role

Most revenue teams talk about AI, but few have it running in production. At OpenLoop, AI agents already enrich leads, recategorize support tickets, parse contracts and move data between CRM and other tools. We are looking for an AI Automation Analyst to build the next wave of production‑grade automations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain LLM‑backed agents for lead grading, enrichment, contract parsing and competitive monitoring, handling prompt design, tool wiring and failure management.
• Architect and deploy durable data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite and advertising platforms, automating GTM handoffs.
• Inventory existing automations, document their outputs, and migrate or retire them during system cutovers.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and error‑triage to ensure reliability and mean‑time‑to‑restore for all shipped workflows.
• Collaborate with AEs, AMs, CSMs, Implementation, Marketing and Finance to discover processes, document them and measure before‑and‑after impact.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in revenue, marketing or sales operations with end‑to‑end automation ownership.
• Hands‑on expertise in a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) including workflows, custom objects and data lifecycle.
• Proven experience with an automation platform such as Make.com, Zapier, Workato or n8n, building multi‑step scenarios with branching and API calls.
• Practical experience building LLM‑driven agents, including prompt engineering and structured output handling.
• Strong testing mindset, clear written communication in English (C1) and comfort working with complex multi‑system data.
