AI Solutions Engineer (Sales & Automation)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who will design, develop and optimise AI‑powered business solutions that connect HubSpot with our electronic health record (EHR) and other core systems. The role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, marketing automation and healthcare technology, helping the company improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI‑driven applications, workflows and automation using large language models.
• Create and maintain integrations between HubSpot, CRM platforms, EHR systems and third‑party tools via APIs and middleware.
• Develop, test and refine prompts, AI agents and workflows to maximise accuracy and user experience.
• Configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS hubs, including data management, reporting and automation.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales and product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Produce dashboards, reports and data models to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security and proper documentation across all integrated systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI and integration technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, marketing technology or AI‑related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) and workflow automation.
• Proven track record integrating business applications through APIs, web services or integration platforms.
