About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor who will provide high‑quality support to our clients in Portuguese and English. Based in our San Isidro office, you will join a multilingual contact centre that serves a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email and chat.
• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑focused service or call‑center environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic computer operations and customer service tools.
