About the role

The Library Assistant will oversee library operations, manage collections, and support students and staff with their research and information needs. They will develop and implement library programs and events while maintaining both digital and physical resources. The school places children and students at the heart of its mission, prioritising their wellbeing, safety and success. Staff are expected to uphold safeguarding standards, treat everyone with respect, operate effectively, make responsible financial choices and engage in continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the library's digital and physical resources.

Required profile

  • Degree in library science or a related field.
  • Experience in a school library setting.

  • Proficiency in library software and cataloging systems.
