Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join its Lima boutique. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will help shape the customer experience, drive sales, and support daily operations in a fast‑paced, luxury‑fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales targets, monitor KPIs and promote omni‑channel initiatives.
• Deliver high‑level customer service, provide product knowledge, and execute up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encourage registration on the Golden App, and support client‑eling activities with the CRM team.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the brand’s heritage and image.
• Assist in training staff on product, brand, operations and soft‑skill topics, and ensure team grooming and professionalism.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and performance monitoring of store personnel.
• Oversee daily operational tasks, enforce SOPs and guarantee compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion retail and a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to work in a team, guide colleagues and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with retail technology tools and CRM systems.
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to analyse sales data and KPI reports.
