Bilingual Accountant – Mid Level

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Accountant to join our Accounting Services team in Lima. The role supports Finance Managers and Regional Financial Controllers by processing transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring strong internal controls across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounting transactions, perform bank reconciliations and manage period‑end close activities.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations, fixed‑asset and intercompany accounting.
• Support multiple finance modules including inventory, treasury, compliance and budgeting.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and regional controllers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business.
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate management and financial reporting, with full set of accounts.
• Proven experience applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting, internal controls and commercial acumen.
