Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist who can communicate fluently in Spanish and English. Working remotely, you will be the voice and chat support for a diverse e‑commerce customer base, helping to resolve issues quickly and create positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat, and email inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the service experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer‑service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system knowledge.
