Bilingual Marketing Manager – International Mobile Top‑Up

About the role

IDT is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Manager to drive growth for its International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) portfolio. The role focuses on revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention across the USA, Canada, and other international markets, while leading digital marketing initiatives and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing for the IMTU product suite, including execution and measurement of CRM campaigns (SMS, email, in‑app push).
• Design and launch acquisition programs such as Refer‑a‑Friend, community events, and social media initiatives.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for US/Canada and other target countries.
• Lead creative development with designers or agencies for campaign assets.
• Analyze international mobile top‑up data, propose action plans, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch and promote new or enhanced offerings.
• Conduct customer surveys to understand behavior, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Manage marketing budget and produce presentations on campaign results and business analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top‑up or money‑transfer services, serving US and international markets.
• Proven experience creating campaigns for Latino audiences in the US or Canada.
• B2C digital marketing background with a Marketing degree.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• High energy, results‑oriented mindset and strong project‑management skills.
