BIM MEP Lead

About the role

ENG is seeking a BIM MEP Lead to supervise multidisciplinary modeling teams on complex architectural and engineering projects. The role combines hands‑on BIM expertise with leadership, ensuring high‑quality coordination and documentation throughout project stages.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Revit modelers across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical disciplines.
• Maintain project standards, timelines, and best‑practice modeling procedures.
• Identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs, and conduct thorough QA/QC reviews.
• Coordinate clash detection using Navisworks (or Revizto) and generate accurate clash reports.
• Influence modeling strategies and facilitate seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (architects considered only with extensive MEP modeling experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks on large‑scale MEP projects.
• Proven ability to lead modelers and drive cross‑disciplinary coordination.

Required skills

• Revit (HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment modeling).
• Navisworks (clash detection, coordination) – Revizto acceptable.
• QA/QC processes for BIM models.
• Modeling of process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, pumps, AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, and plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary drainage, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air, etc.).
