BIM MEP Lead

About the role

ENG is seeking a BIM MEP Lead to supervise multidisciplinary modeling teams on complex architectural and engineering projects. The role demands strong BIM software expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset to ensure quality and coordination throughout project stages.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor modelers, enforce best practices, project standards, and timelines.
• Identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs/RFCs, and conduct thorough quality‑control reviews across MEP disciplines.
• Drive modeling strategies, coordinate clash detection using Navisworks (or Revizto), and ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Engineering degree (civil or mechanical) with at least 5 years of Revit and Navisworks experience on large‑scale MEP projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, lead modeler teams, and communicate directly with clients.

Required skills

• Revit (HVAC, plumbing, process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment).
• Navisworks (clash detection, coordination, QA/QC).
• QA/QC procedures and BIM coordination.
