About the role

FxPro is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and promote our fintech solutions to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify sales targets and opinion leaders in the LATAM region.
  • Present FxPro’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular market research and provide input on key markets.
  • Develop and execute market‑specific strategies.
  • Plan webinars and promotional activities for targeted markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Arrange meetings with contacts and attend major industry events.
  • Document business development activities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and travel when required.
