Business Development Manager – Payments & FinTech

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Latin America. You will expand strategic partnerships, acquire key clients, and uncover new market opportunities within the payments and fintech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies, targeting merchants, financial institutions, and payment partners.
• Lead market‑entry initiatives and expansion projects in LATAM, managing local resources to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor trends in cross‑border payments, merchant acquiring, fintech infrastructure, digital assets, stablecoins, online lending and embedded finance, providing actionable market intelligence.
• Adapt product positioning and partnership strategies to local conditions, manage sales pipelines, negotiate partnerships, and drive transaction volume growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management.
• Previous experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Digital Assets, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese strongly preferred; Russian a plus.
• Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and deliver commercial results.

• Salary: USD 2,000–3,000 per month plus performance bonus.
• Hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days in office per week).
• Standard Monday‑Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
