About the role
The Classroom Assistant will work closely with teachers and students to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. This role focuses on supervising children, supporting their developmental needs, and communicating progress to parents.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in classroom activities.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children at all times.
- Support children’s developmental and educational needs.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about children’s progress and any concerns.
Required profile
- Experience in childcare, preferably within an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in childcare or early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills and patience when working with young children.
Required skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
