Client-Facing Staffing Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Client-Facing Staffing Analyst you will be the main point of contact for BairesDev’s clients, understanding their talent acquisition needs and turning them into successful placements. You will align recruitment activities with stakeholder expectations to ensure a seamless, high-quality staffing process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholder teams to define role requirements and staffing strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and presentation to final placement.
• Prioritize and organize workloads to meet fluctuating hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with operations and client services to uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing or a related field.
• Proven track record in client-facing recruitment and stakeholder relationship management.
• Strong organizational, workload-prioritization and self-regulation abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative and effectiveness in fast-moving settings.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
