Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) supports the planning, execution, and close‑out of clinical studies. Working under the line‑manager, the CTC ensures that trial and site documentation, supplies, and regulatory submissions are managed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, collate, distribute and archive clinical documents, including eTMF files.
• Maintain essential document tracking, safety report filing and study tools.
• Update clinical trial databases (CTMS) and related trackers.
• Manage clinical and non‑clinical supply logistics in collaboration with country teams.
• Coordinate labeling requirements and translation change requests.
• Support IRB/ERC and Health Authority submission packages and site start‑up activities.
• Collaborate with finance to develop, negotiate, and monitor site budgets, contracts (CTRAs) and payments.
• Organise investigator meetings, prepare meeting materials and handle logistics.

Required profile

• Strong accountability and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in clinical trial documentation and site administration.
• Familiarity with regulatory and budgeting processes in clinical research.
