Commercial Manager – Plastisur (Southern Region)

About the role

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a Commercial Manager for its Plastisur brand to drive growth in the southern region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in housing and infrastructure, leading the commercial team, and executing growth plans aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and support marketing initiatives across the assigned markets.
• Provide excellent customer service and directly manage key accounts.
• Define objectives, monitor performance, and develop the commercial team.
• Evaluate product costs and propose pricing and commercial strategies.
• Ensure profitability and protect margins for the product portfolio.
• Implement projects that strengthen the Plastisur brand and commercial capabilities.
• Coordinate and support collection efforts of the sales team.
• Lead the development and launch of new Plastisur products.
• Analyze sales, pricing, market, and profitability data to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or commercial management, preferably within building materials or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead a commercial team and manage regional sales operations.
