Content Specialist – AI‑Enhanced Website Editing

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Content Specialist to refine and polish websites for our clients. Using AI‑driven tools and our proprietary platform, you will edit and optimise automated website builds to deliver exceptional user experiences and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Review client edit requests and implement changes to content, structure, and imagery quickly and accurately.
• Leverage AI tools to rewrite, expand, or adjust copy, ensuring professionalism, error‑free text and alignment with local SEO best practices.
• Apply UX and layout best practices to integrate client‑requested modifications into intuitive navigation and design.
• Swap, crop, and curate images, adjust colour schemes and design elements while preserving brand identity.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to guarantee responsiveness across devices and flawless functionality before delivery.
• Maintain an 8‑hour daily schedule, including one weekend day per week as required by business volume.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Based in Central or South America and available for a full‑time schedule with weekend rotation.
• Strong analytical eye for spotting layout inconsistencies, broken links, or phrasing issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI content generation and editing tools.
• Experience using website builders or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices for copy and metadata.
• Knowledge of web design and UX principles, including visual hierarchy and typography.
