Coordinador(a) de Recursos Humanos (HRBP)

About the role

Pluxee is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to manage and coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle in its Lima office. You will ensure an excellent employee experience, efficient HR operations and compliance with company policies and Peruvian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement, culture initiatives and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate HR administration such as occupational health & safety, contracts, agreements, employee benefits and wellbeing programmes.
• Manage monthly employee updates and provide payroll‑related information to the finance team.
• Partner with managers and staff to deliver timely HR support and guidance.
• Monitor HR KPIs, generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Support HR projects and guarantee compliance with internal policies and local labour laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Coordinator with a broad HR background.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, employee engagement and HR administration.
• Previous work in a multinational environment is a plus.
• Intermediate‑advanced English and strong organizational, proactive and detail‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Borja for the first three months and then adopt a hybrid model.

• Advanced Excel (filters, pivot tables, reporting).
