About the role

Power Digital is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead its Lifestyle pod. In this hybrid player‑coach position, you will guide a team of senior creatives while also contributing hands‑on to high‑impact projects, ensuring the highest creative standards for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Lifestyle pod, overseeing talent development and day‑to‑day operations.
• Own the end‑to‑end creative vision for assigned accounts, from strategy through post‑production.
• Communicate creative strategy directly to clients and act as the primary escalation point.
• Participate in concepting, design, and production on high‑priority initiatives and pitch presentations.
• Protect the team from unreasonable client pressure while maintaining a non‑negotiable quality bar.
• Collaborate with R&D to pilot new tools, formats, and innovative approaches, translating them into tangible division gains.

• Proven experience leading creative teams in a fast‑paced, agency‑like environment.
• Strong judgment and craft that earns trust without relying on title.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution on critical projects.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
