Customer Experience & Marketplace Sales Specialist

About the role

Arrowsmith Shoes is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience & Marketplace Sales Specialist to join its remote team. You will help shape the luxury ecommerce experience, supporting sales across multiple marketplaces while delivering exceptional service to English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls via RingCentral and make outbound calls for order updates, product recommendations and sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, SMS and marketplace messaging platforms.
• Assist shoppers with product selection, sizing, shipping, exchanges, returns and order tracking.
• Manage listings and sales on eBay, Shopify, BigCommerce and other marketplaces.
• Maintain a positive online reputation by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with leadership on ecommerce operations and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer experience or ecommerce support.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
