Data Analytics Services Manager

About the role

The Data Analytics Services Manager will lead the Business Analytics team, ensuring high‑quality data across Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales Operations. This role combines team leadership, data governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver reliable analytics and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the Business Analytics team, handling performance and development.
• Ensure reliability and accuracy of all data sources used in IBP and Sales Operations.
• Manage and optimise databases, BI tools, and analytics platforms to meet business needs.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, and BI systems to create a unified data environment.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Establish data‑governance standards, including quality controls, validation processes, and documentation.
• Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve data issues.
• Provide analytical support to Demand Planning, Strategy/Pricing, Sales Process Improvement, and Business Governance teams.
• Identify opportunities for advanced analytics such as predictive models and statistical analysis.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, demand forecasting, strategy, or sales‑related support.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• SQL and relational database management, data warehousing.
• Programming in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
• BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics.
• ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook).
• Understanding of database structures, cloud environments, and data‑management principles.
