Demand Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Demand Planning Supervisor leads demand planning and sales forecasting for the LATAM region, acting as the bridge between Sales and Operations. You will translate commercial inputs into reliable demand signals that drive the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts using sales pipeline data, historical performance, seasonality and market trends.
• Consolidate inputs from ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and sales tools (VertivWeb) to create monthly orders and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors, Key Account Managers and segment leaders to validate assumptions and gather market intelligence.
• Monitor gaps between pipeline, forecast and actual sales, reporting KPI such as forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage and bias.
• Create "what‑if" scenarios and automate dashboards using Power BI for leadership visibility.
• Lead the SIOP process from the sales perspective, ensuring demand signals are communicated to Operations and Supply Chain teams.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the Lead‑to‑Post Sales cycle.
• Proven experience leading demand planning and sales forecasting processes.
• Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured data into reliable forecasts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, operations and supply‑chain teams.
