Employer Branding Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employer Branding Analyst to join BairesDev’s Marketing team. The role is fully remote and focuses on developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current brand positioning and design research‑based strategies, analyzing market trends and consumer insights.
• Develop and maintain brand messaging and visual elements across all channels.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that communicate the brand message.
• Align internal communications with brand personality, ensuring consistent tone of voice.
• Support creative direction for publicity and public communications to boost brand awareness.
• Define target audiences, develop marketing plans, and track campaign performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Employer Branding marketer with successful digital campaigns.
• Experience managing high‑performance teams and strong project‑management skills.
• Background in B2B service marketing and solid knowledge of online marketing tools.
• Creative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Highly motivated, flexible, service‑oriented with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (native level a plus).
