Entry Level Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will review AI‑generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges to improve model performance. The position is fully remote, flexible and project‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
