Events Coordinator (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Events Coordinator to own the full event lifecycle for a fast‑growing startup operations business. This remote position serves clients in the US, UK, Canada and Australia while supporting our LATAM team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end event processes from initial inquiry through event day, including quotes, proposals, contracts and invoices.
• Maintain client communication, handle last‑minute changes, and ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordinate event staffing by contacting contractors, confirming availability and providing clear instructions.
• Build and maintain detailed event timelines, track supplies and inventory, and stay ahead of logistical needs.
• Own the CRM (Triple Seat), keeping leads, communications and timelines up‑to‑date.
• Develop SOPs and internal systems from scratch to support rapid growth.
• Assist the founder with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
• During slower periods, contribute to business development activities such as lead sourcing and social media support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or administration (quotes, proposals, logistics).
• 2+ years working with clients based in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Fluent English speaker and writer, comfortable in a client‑facing role.
