Finance Analyst

About the role

Quilla Resources is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide high‑quality financial information that supports business decision‑making. The role will involve cash‑flow forecasting, financial planning, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial obligations and internal policies, and follow up on commitments with shareholders and royalty companies.
• Prepare and update short‑term cash‑flow forecasts to support effective liquidity management.
• Support financial planning and evaluate projects and investments.
• Contribute to the preparation and ongoing update of Quilla Resources’ long‑term financial model.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations in English for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and senior management.
• Consolidate financial information from various areas, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Logistics, and other departments to meet financial information needs.
• Participate in initiatives to improve and automate financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field (or recent graduate).
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Treasury or Banking.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, treasury management and accounting.
• Experience with medium‑ to high‑complexity financial models.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in English, including communication with foreign partners or suppliers.
• Mining industry experience is a plus but not required.
