Financial ERP Consultant – Hybrid (Lima, Peru)

About the role

Caron Business Solutions is seeking a Financial ERP Consultant to join its Lima office. The role blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and client‑facing communication to design, implement, and support financial ERP solutions, primarily Sage and Acumatica.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through core financial workflows, including month‑end, year‑end, multi‑currency, and multi‑country consolidation.
• Implement, configure, and support Sage and Acumatica ERP systems.
• Participate in project teams, collaborating with internal and client stakeholders.
• Support project management activities and provide clear status updates.
• Train and coach client finance and operations teams.
• Lead requirements‑gathering sessions and business process reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (interviews conducted in English).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with mid‑market ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica) as a consultant or power user.
• Strong knowledge of accounting workflows, month‑end/year‑end closing, multi‑currency accounting, and financial consolidation.
