About the role

As a Food and Beverage Server with Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Your upbeat attitude and attention to detail will help brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with a friendly, proactive approach and personalize their meal experience.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
