About the role

As a Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton, you will lead the daily operations of multiple dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will combine operational excellence with a passion for hospitality to drive quality, service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for assigned outlets, maintaining high standards of quality, service and marketing.
• Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends and use feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions, applying cost controls for food, beverage and labour expenses.
• Support delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality and service to boost revenue and profitability.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, providing development opportunities and recognizing achievements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and staff.
