Front-End Engineer (ReactJS) – Remote (UTC‑6 to UTC‑9)

About the role

Deel is looking for a Front-End Engineer specialized in ReactJS to join its global product team. You will translate design concepts into high‑quality, performant code and help shape the user experience for millions of users across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement responsive, visually appealing web interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for a rapidly growing SaaS product.
• Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Designers and QA to deliver new features from discovery through deployment.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, contributing insights during planning, development, testing and release.
• Develop and integrate robust APIs and continuously improve existing functionality.

Required profile

• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to deliver high‑quality code under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, product owners and QA engineers.
