Full Stack Developer (Rails) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer specialized in Ruby on Rails to join our globally distributed team. You will own the backend services, integrate them with modern front‑end frameworks, and deliver high‑quality web applications that serve clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive front‑ends with React, TypeScript, or Vue.
• Write comprehensive test suites with RSpec to ensure reliability and code quality.
• Manage asynchronous processing and background jobs to optimise performance.
• Deploy applications on AWS and maintain consistent infrastructure across environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into production‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full‑stack development.
• Proven expertise building and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in modern front‑end development with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous processing and AWS deployment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
