General Manager – Express Luck Sales Branch (Peru)

About the role

The General Manager will lead Express Luck's sales branch in Peru, overseeing the television business and driving revenue, profit and market share growth. This senior position requires strategic vision and hands‑on operational leadership to expand brand influence in the Peruvian market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medium‑to‑long‑term business plans and annual operational plans aligned with group strategy.
• Own overall branch performance, monitoring revenue, profit, sales volume and market share, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Establish and continuously improve the sales system and related policies for the Peruvian market.
• Build and maintain sales channels to increase coverage and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with headquarters’ supply‑chain team to manage local inventory, order fulfillment and logistics, ensuring stable supply and cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the television or consumer‑electronics sector, with at least 3 years in sales management within Latin America/Peru.
• Previous role as Sales Director or equivalent at an overseas branch or regional office, with deep knowledge of the full television supply chain.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
