Global Sourcing Trainee

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Global Sourcing Trainee to join Oterra’s Global Sourcing team. You will support the agronomy and procurement functions, helping to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials for our natural colour products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and field support to the agronomist team.
- Assist with claim filing and follow‑up activities.
- Register, analyse and report raw‑material reception data to internal stakeholders.
- Accompany agronomist visits and record observations.
- Manage vendor set‑up processes and related follow‑up tasks.
- Monitor transportation costs and contribute to logistics optimisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agro‑industry or Food Industries.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Effective communication and basic knowledge of foreign trade.
- Understanding of basic agronomy sciences.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Power BI for data visualisation.
