Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Solutions

About the role

The Designer will create compelling visual concepts that support the organisation’s brand, marketing, product and business goals. Working across digital and print media, you will translate ideas and requirements into clear, engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual assets, layouts, graphics, presentations and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Produce digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns and other online channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand objectives and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Contribute to visual identity systems, design templates and creative resources.
• Evaluate design effectiveness and stay updated on current design trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent design quality.
• Effective communication, collaboration, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and technical ability.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
