Growth Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Engineer to design, build, and iterate on systems that drive marketing growth. Working fully remotely, you will treat the marketing engine as a series of testable loops, from lead delivery to AI‑driven personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with and ship growth system solutions quickly across the marketing engine.
• Test and optimize inbound growth loops to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Prototype and scale website de‑anonymization methods to convert anonymous traffic into pipeline.
• Run and refine personalized outbound experiments targeting hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering teams as an embedded member of the marketing group.

Required profile

• Background that blends coding abilities with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong interest or experience using Generative AI to run and scale growth experiments.
• Preference for rapid prototyping and iteration over long‑term planning cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
