Growth Marketer (AI‑Driven B2C Platform)

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition and sign‑ups. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth channels, run experiments, and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, executing campaigns, and delivering results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals, and other tactics.
• Design and run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works and discard what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and continuously optimise conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data, and communicate clear performance stories.

• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern marketing automation tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
