Head of Marketing (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to design and execute a high‑impact go‑to‑market strategy that drives measurable revenue growth. This senior leadership position will own demand generation, brand positioning, content, partnerships and events while managing a lean, AI‑enabled team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall go‑to‑market and brand positioning strategy.
• Build scalable demand‑generation programs across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships and events.
• Own marketing pipeline generation, set performance metrics and optimize initiatives based on data.
• Define the company’s voice, oversee creation of high‑quality content, case studies and sales enablement assets.
• Design AI‑powered workflows, manage the marketing technology stack and create reporting dashboards.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales and strategic partners.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record building B2B demand‑generation functions from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with professional written and verbal communication.
